Stellic is a platform that helps students plan their semesters with the most suitable courses. It combines planning and advising features to provide a seamless experience for students. 

Students receive access within twenty-four hours after they have matriculated into TCU. If you believe you should have access and do not, please contact the Office of the Registrar to check on your matriculation status.

Faculty and staff receive access within twenty-four hours after they have been assigned a student to advise within myTCU. If you believe you should have access and do not, please fill out an .

Faculty and professional advisors can take advantage of Stellic's reporting and note capture capabilities to enhance their advising appointments. Some of the most common features used by our advisors include:

  • Connect Stellic to your Outlook Calendar to receive appointment notifications from students. .
  • Look up your current and potential advisees to prepare for a meeting. Learn more.
  • Receive notifications when you are assigned a new advisee. See new advisees or Manage all notifications
  • Save attachments to your notes for review and recordkeeping for both you and your students. .
  • Tag notes to easily identify and locate students with specific interests such as research, internships, and other opportunities. .

Departmental and university administrators can also use Stellic's reporting and analytics features to better understand educational trends by looking at course enrollment patterns, appointment usage, program populations, and more.
